Bedford Bodyworks is more than a massage studio.

Celebrating over 10 years in business, Bedford Bodyworks is owned and operated by Gregg Guillemette, a Karate National Champion, 7th Degree Black Belt, and former spa head at the Ritz Carlton in Florida. Gregg has been helping individuals of all ages, body types, and goals improve their well-being, comfort and performance for over 25 years.

Our services include licensed massage, Rolfing, PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field therapy), laser therapy, percussor treatment, source point, and more. Whether you’re an athlete looking to recover from an injury or just looking for a way to relax, we offer first-class treatment for everyone who visits our studio.

Gregg Guillemette

A three time National Karate Champion and Black Belt Hall of Fame inductee, Gregg first used massage to prevent personal injury. After becoming licensed in FL, Gregg worked at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, eventually become corporate trainer to spas in Naples, Montego Bay, and others.

Gregg has worked with professional athletes, royalty, and famous actors and actresses. Upon receiving his certification from the Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO, Gregg moved back to NH to share his expertise. Recently his area of interest is in Low Level Laser Therapy, Percussion Therapy, and SourcePoint Therapy ®.
